At Kofi's Not So Wine & Wifi Bar, we prioritize the safety and enjoyment of all our patrons. Please be aware that our infused drink selections are strictly limited to a maximum of 2 drinks or 10mg of infused ingredients per customer per visit. Consumption of infused beverages should be done responsibly, and we encourage all guests to be mindful of their limits.

Age Verification: All guests must be 21 years or older to purchase and consume infused beverages. Valid identification is required.

Consumption Limits: Guests are limited to a maximum of 2 infused drinks or 10mg of infused ingredients per visit. This is to ensure responsible consumption and safety for all patrons.

Responsible Drinking: Please drink responsibly. If you feel unwell or need assistance, please notify a staff member immediately.

Bring Your Own Bottle (BYOB) at Kofi's!: We're thrilled to offer a BYOB option at Kofi's! Feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine or beer to enjoy with your meal or while relaxing in our welcoming space.
Here’s how it works:
Corkage Fee: We have a corkage fee of $28 per bottle to cover the cost of glassware, service, and storage.
Storage & Service: Our friendly staff will happily store your bottle and provide glasses for you to enjoy your beverage.

No Outside Beverages: Outside alcoholic beverages and infused drinks are not permitted. All drinks consumed on the premises must be purchased from Kofi's Not So Wine & Wifi Bar. However, you can bring your own bottle with a corkage fee of $28 per bottle.

Respectful Behavior: Maintain respectful behavior towards other patrons and staff. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the premises.

Wifi Usage: Enjoy our complimentary wifi, but please be considerate of others. Avoid loud conversations and keep phone calls brief.

Cleanliness: Help us maintain a clean and welcoming environment by disposing of trash properly and using designated areas for recycling.

No Driving Under the Influence: If you have consumed infused beverages, please arrange for a safe ride home. Kofi members are eligible for one free ride share per month. Luxe members will receive black car service from the premises upon request, up to two times a month. We are happy to assist with these arrangements.
